Founded by Meg Martingale, a registered nurse with nearly a decade of experience in the hospital and labor and delivery experience from across the United States, our mission is to pull back the curtain on hospital birth so parents step into labor feeling informed, prepared, and in control.

Meg has supported families and patients in some of the busiest and most diverse hospitals in the country; from Baltimore and Nashville to the “Big Island” in Hawaii she knows what really happens behind the monitors, charts, and hospital routines. She brings that experience directly to you, translating medical processes into clear choices so you can make the decisions that fit your values, not the hospital’s schedule.
